The other day I was cruising the ‘blog-o-sphere’ and found this wonderful article written by Liz Ryan. If you don’t know, Liz is a career and workplace expert and is one of the world’s most widely-read authors on HR, career and networking topics. Her website http://www.asklizryan.com is filled with all sorts of wonderful resources to help you jazz up your resume. Her online discussion groups are a tremdous resource for not only workplace issues but for topics related to life in general. Her mission is to support working people “at the intersection of work and life”.

Facebook has warned users of two different viruses that users should be aware of. The company writes: “Watch out for two new viruses that are spreading across the web. They involve emails made to look like they are from Facebook telling you to take some action on your account. Remember that we will never send you a new password as an attachment.”
While processing 40+ thousand emails, I checked my RSS feeds and this came in – Twitter: 5 Billion Tweets Served. Since about 70% of the 42,895 emails are from twitter activity, the headline caught my attention. Most of the twitter activity is from twitter spammers and makes me wonder how long before twitter is deserted…
