Tri-State Business Network is made up different business types that come together face-to-face and online, to network and build relationships. TBN is the short name that we use in order to simplify the group when we talk about it, we are not the Christian cable network. TBN has been around now since March of 2008, but we call our anniversary date…July 1, 2009.
We came with the $100 membership in order to have members commit to the group and its members. TBN has over 160 members right now with steady growth consistency for 12 months now. TBN is made up of business owners, entrepreneurs, and sales reps from many different companies in the Greater Cincinnati area. Though we are not absolute for every company in the Cincinnati area, we do guarantee to “Focus on what we GIVE”. Our benefits absolutely outway the majority of networking groups out there, but we are not like “Chambers” that you may wish we were. We do not have high membership fees so we do not have a fancy offices for you to meet in, but we have an uncanny ability to leverage local venues.
Benefits of our $100 per year membership:
1. Ability to attend any/all 28 meetings per month
2. $25 referral fee per member you bring into TBN
3. 3 minute commercial once per quarter at any meeting you wish that week
4. E-Blast Communication between members for blogging, events, and other information you may need to get to other members you may not always see.
5. Member’s only social networking site
6. TBN Education – we will teach you “How to build your profiles”, “How to communicate more effectively with the other TBN members” and “Why blog”. This will allow you a better opportunity to market your business better through social media. TBN Education is FREE to paid Members.
The benefits above are not really more important than any other benefits that we may have, but we just wanted to name a few for this “about” section. We do wish that you join us at a meeting soon and if you wish to see a full list of our benefits you will find them on home page of our member’s only site at http://www.tbneducation.com or our member’s directory site at http://www.tristatebusinessnetwork.com. FYI, we do have 3 meetings per week that have over 30 in attendance weekly and the others vary in size at this time, but are growing steadily.
